What do you clear?

Simply put we clear everything! Whatever your requirements are we can do it for you, we clear deceased estates, let properties, house's for sale and so on. We will remove all rubbish for you, vacuum through and ensure you are fully satisfied with the job.
 
Are you Licensed Waste Carriers?
 Yes we are licensed by the environment agency and as such comply with their regulations for disposing of waste remember if you use unregulated, cash in hand clearance services and your waste is not disposed of correctly you could be fined up to £5000!

What does a house clearance involve?
We will usually come and provide you with a free quote before the clearance, and then on the date agreed we will clear everything instructed. Most properties will be cleared within a day with the exception sometimes of specialist clearances such as hoarded properties.

Do you have standard rates?

Each clearance is dealt with individually that way we are able to assess the costs involved for your specific house clearance, we will calculate the costs for disposal and labour and then make an allowance for saleable goods off the cost.

Do you Buy items?

We do not buy modern furniture as we are strictly a clearance company however we are happy to offset the value of items such as antiques against the cost of the clearance and on occasions have been able to clear properties for free.

Where does the rubbish go?

We take all non reusable waste to Environment agency licensed waste disposal facility where it is sorted and recycled. We are able to provide you with receipts so that you know your waste has been disposed of responsibly.

Do I need to be at the property when it is cleared?

We do not require you to be at the property whilst we carry out the clearance, if you have an agent or solicitor we can deal with them or often we have had the keys sent by recorded mail and then return them after the work has been carried out. We will always email you completion photos of the job so you are able to see the work has been completed as agreed.
